Sun City Oro Valley, located in Oro Valley, AZ, is an active adult community that takes pride in our outstanding Del Webb created development. Del Webb broke ground here in 1986 and turned the association over to the homeowners in 1996. Most visitors to the community are surprised that Sun City Oro Valley is not brand new, as it has meticulously maintained grounds and buildings.
