Joe joined Issuu in early 2013 after more than 20 years of leading startup/growth companies in executive, business-development and product roles. He served as CEO of Reverb during two rounds of financing; in addition, as head of SingleFeed, Joe oversaw that firm’s acquisition by Alibaba. Before that, Joe held sales and leadership positions at Gaia Interactive, Yahoo, Flickr and Virage. He directed the Economist Group's business in China and has extensive board and tech-advisor experience. Joe was educated at the State University of New York at Albany and as a foreign student at Beijing Normal University in China.

Andrenacci brings her ten-year career experience from both large corporations like Dropbox and product lead growth startups like DocSend. As a former product partnerships and operations expert, she has a vast knowledge of how to successfully build and scale revenue driving partnership programs. In her new role, Andrenacci will develop global partnerships and drive partner-led international expansions, helping to better serve agencies and service providers that use Issuu for their clients.

Gordon brings with her over two decades of Human Resources experience. She possesses a proven track record of developing positive company cultures and operational excellence at startups and mature organizations, including Google, Looker, Synchrony Financial and  Deloitte. In her new role, Gordon leads the strategic direction and operational execution of all aspects of HR and culture at Issuu.

As Chief Technology Officer and head of product management, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge in startup and technology growth. With over two decades of experience in scaling engineering teams, Alex is well versed in cross-functional maneuverability from developers, designer and product managers. Most recently, Alex was Partner and VP, Engineering at BCG Digital Ventures, and has previously worked at notable companies like Nokia and SoundCloud. He has advised many startups in growth and scalability and is co-author of the O’Reilly book “Scaling Teams”. Alex holds a degree in Computer Science from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, and lives in Berlin.

Raheja has centered his 13 year career in the tech industry building, managing and growing strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Issuu, his area of expertise included business development, Platform strategy and corporate development for HubSpot, Typeform and Groupon. At Issuu, Raheja will focus his efforts on accelerating partnerships across the content economy and working with other SaaS partners in the martech ecosystem. He will also focus on driving enterprise sales for opportunities across key verticals like real estate, non-profits, and education.

April Sandoval brings over 20 years of broad experience as a thought leader in driving the vision for analytics strategy across an enterprise. She is known for building motivated teams that work together, breaking down silos, uncovering synergies, and rethinking the delivery of analytics. April strives to use analytics as a competitive advantage, and creates data storytelling which inspires curiosity and informed decisions. 

At Issuu, April is Head of Business Intelligence where she is focused on optimizing our ability to deliver product value to our customers that drives company growth business insights and supports the growth and scale of the company.

Rolf joined Issuu as CFO in 2008 and leads the finance, facilities and information-technology teams while spearheading the company’s international financial operations. With more than 20 years of experience as CFO and COO of several companies in industries ranging from leisure to IT, Rolf has the diversified financial expertise needed to lead a rapidly growing business in the digital-publishing sector. Rolf holds a graduate certificate in business administration with specialization in accounting and financial controlling.

Audrey has over 15 years of account management and customer success management experience across a breadth of industries, all adding to the diverse skill set she brings to her role at Issuu. She thrives on each customer’s success and actively uses each engagement to improve and engineer the customer experience. Prior to Issuu, Audrey built and scaled Customer Success teams for SaaS start-ups such Redbooth and ReadyPulse (acquired by Experticity). Moreover, she is passionate about art and donating her time to philanthropic organizations, especially the Epilepsy Foundation.
