The Mary Valley Voice is an independent, community owned and annually audited little newspaper reaching out from the beautiful Mary Valley since 1991. These Hinterland communities of both Sunshine Coast and Gympie Council regions spread over three Queensland Federal electorates: Wide Bay, Fairfax and Fisher. It is "written by the community for the community". Publishers Mary Valley News Committee Assn Inc (PO Box 158, Kenilworth 4574) received the Nicklin Award for Community Service 2014 and 2015. From commerce to the arts; festivals to food producers, 2500x A4 copies are mail delivered free each month to Conondale, Kenilworth, Gheerulla, Obi Obi, Belli Park (Kenilworth-Emundi Rd), Imbil, Kandanga, Amamoor and Dagun.
