Mr. Joseph operated as a cabinet member of His Excellency, Mr. Adolphe MUZITO, under the umbrella of the United Nations Development Program. He is also the Chairman and CEO of TechnoPlus Consulting Corp., a registered company in the U.S that can provide various services in the area of ITC. From February 2007 to December 2008, he worked as the ITC Consultant at the Women Affairs Ministry in Haiti under the leadership of Minister Marie-Laurence JOCELYN LASSEGUE.
